The 15 Minute Child Break-10/28 free for parents

Wed. October 28 at 9:45 am and at 7 pm at the Livingston Public Library.

The “15 Minute Child Break” is a one-hour, interactive, multimedia presentation that informs, encourages and empowers parents, caregivers, and educators to effectively communicate with their children about the dangers of drugs and alcohol.

This FREE program will cover topics such as:

  • Talking to your Kids about Drugs and Alcohol
  • Influence of Media and Pop Culture
  • Effects of Specific Drugs
  • Strengthening Parenting Skills
  • Utilizing Teachable Moments

Co- sponsored by  the LYCS and LMAC. Refreshments will be served.

    LEADERS (Grades 3-5) meet from 2:30 to 3:40 pm at their Elementary School
    GRADE 5 LEADERS CLUB meet from 5:30 to 7:00 pm at Monmouth Court.
    PEER LEADERS (Grades 6-8) meet from 5:30 to 7:00 pm at Monmouth Court.
    PEER TO PEER (Grades 9-12) meet at Monmouth Court, times vary
